Break the Chains
This design I created because of my own current struggles. Healing is a life journey and most times I feel like I’ve come so far and then something arises and bam I’m triggered, spiralling into memories of trauma and even sleep consists of flash backs. If you have ever battled with mental health, addiction, abuse, trauma etc… it’s like being a prisoner in your own mind.
I needed to remind myself how far I’ve come and even though it may be a rough patch I’ve survived things I shouldn’t have, I’ve broke free from chains that could have controlled me forever. Reminded myself that the power within me is greater than the chains that have tried to trap me.
I want you whatever your struggles are know that inside you is a fighter who can break the chains, heal the feelings and that you deserve recovery. Tough times will come but you’re tougher.
