You don't need to “look okay.”
You don't need to “have your shit together.”
You don't need to apologize for struggling.

And you sure as fuck don't need permission to take up space while you’re fighting your way back to yourself.

This is for the person silently screaming.
The person barely holding it together.
The person who keeps showing up while their brain is telling them to fucking quit.
